A New Park
We visited a new park a few days ago. I am gearing up for a busy Spring and am always looking for news places.
The power of music…
Many of you have emailed me asking about the current music on my website. It is Seamus Egan. The CD is ‘when juniper sleeps’ and the song is “Along the Way.” Isn’t it great? When I hear it, it takes me back to my single days in DC, driving around in my little Honda with the sunroof open enjoying the beautiful weather. That songs makes me happy… and happy is good!
Goodbye Frosty
Giovanna was devastated when she realized that Frosty was melting. For those of you who know my daughter, it is not hard to imagine the drama associated with this story. She quickly got into Operation Save Frosty mode and decided that if she pushed him back out of the sun and on to the front porch she could buy more time with her slushy friend.
Of course, the warmer temperatures brought more drama as Giovanna had to say goodbye to her new best friend. Maybe he will be back next year for another visit.
