LiveWire Fitness offers an energetic group fitness classes with a boot camp flare. Classes are designed for every level. All classes are taught by Cooper Elite Certified Personal Trainer Jennifer Reid and are designed to energize you while building strength and endurance. LiveWire is here to motivate and inspire. You will be challenged, encouraged and energized. Every workout is different and is designed to challenge your body in a new way. Nutritional guidance and grocery store tour are also included.
